Our tasting room embodies the essence of Fireside Culture. The desire to Explore, Discover, and Share. We are delving into the artisanal side of distilling. This is what we have been working towards since 2013.

Now all you have to do is find our tasting room. (hint…it’s not that hard, just follow the directions I put everywhere, and look for the signs).

EXPLORE

Each category is going to have multiple iterations and variations. We are going to have seasonals, specials, limited releases, barrel offerings, membership, etc.….

We are braving the mountain of paperwork that comes with creating more than a baseline staple of products. Each recipe and offering requires not 1 but 3 separate approvals from the Federal and State government. Creation of packaging and labels. Formulas and methods. Time and patience. The distilling world is not tailored for experimentation and exploration (bureaucracy). But we will do it anyways.

Our methods vary and do not depend on category. They allow for outside assistance and input. Suggestions will be taken.

DISCOVER

We are constantly learning why we fail and why we succeed. We are learning the mastery of fine spirits. Every spirit we complete brings its own enlightenment. There are products that are amazing but won’t see the light of day in a store. Why? Because the average customer knows what they want before they enter the store. The average customer isn’t interested in exploration and discovery (maybe sharing). We are creating those products for you to try and buy here only. We are also of course creating works of art that are your standard bearers (bourbon, corn whiskey, spiced rum etc..). You will have those available as well.

SHARE

Being fireside is about fellowship and sharing our experiences with others. A drink alone is never as delightful as drink with a friend. Share the Fireside experience and grow.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

We cannot stress enough that we are a small distillery attempting great things. In the beginning there will be very limited offerings. They will sell out quickly. But as time goes on we will get more resources and improve our methods. But as we said. We are going to be going all over the map making interesting things. So that kind of diversification will lend itself to limited availability. The best way to get around this…is to always be first in line!
